No returns after 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
No returns without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. An
RA #
may be obtained by calling (915)362-7000. This RA# number
must be on the outside
of the box being returned. Any item returned
without first obtaining an RA#
will be refused upon delivery.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be
in the same condition, and same packaging that it was in when it left

Shipping & handling expenses are not refundable. If your order
included free shipping, the normal shipping & handling fees (usually
$15-$20) will
also be deducted
from your refund.
