Working in her studio near Memphis, Paula Vaughan
paints images that evoke the gentleness of another
age.  Her paintings are soft, romantic reminiscences
of everyday life-the warm beauty of a hand-sewn
quilt, florals, children, and ladies dressed in Victorian
styles.  Her paintings are serene, feminine, and
romantic, capturing a mood that is both timeless and
nostalgic.
