The splashing hooves of pinto ponies with their nostrils flaring, and their eyes rolling with fright, charge wildly across Grizzly Creek. They follow a mounted warrior who leads them through the waters of this sacred place.  He too senses their fright as he scans the surrounding wilderness... Judy Larson invites the viewer inside the painting in search of other hidden images.  The spirit of the grizzly is everywhere.  Each of the FIVE BEARS is hidden in the most unusual places.
